I've had an eye for branding since I was a kid. At age seven, my entrepreneurial journey began with a desire to sell bracelets to buy an expensive doll. I created business cards and a brand description for my bracelet business. This early venture wasn't just about earning money; little did I know it was my first attempt at leveraging the power of branding to connect with customers and differentiate my offerings.
My love for branding got stronger as I grew older. Attending the VCU Brandcenter was a pivotal moment that brought clarity and professional direction to my innate interests. There, I truly learned the transformative power of brand strategy, not only on consumer perceptions but also on cultural influence.
Outside of my professional life in advertising, I've matured my childhood hobby of jewelry making into a successful side business, where I used branding to distinguish my metal-stamped jewelry pieces, successfully selling them in almost half of the states in the U.S. This venture exemplifies how a strong brand can resonate widely and create meaningful connections.
From a seven-year-old with business cards to a professional helping brands harness their true potential, my journey is a testament to my passion for unlocking the power of branding.
